A little love and Flowers

Happy Thursday!!!! I hope you are enjoying your week thus far.  This is the first week my kids have been out of school.  Trying to keep them bust is starting to feel like a full time job! It may be a long summer....we'll see......only time will tell.
The card I have created today is for this weeks Stampotique challenge. This weeks challenge is hosted by Kim and this is what she has to say: "  It's Kim and I'm excited to be hosting this weeks challenge.  June here in the states is often a time of many anniversaries and weddings and so I challenge you to create with an Anniversary, Wedding or Love theme."
For my challenge, I used the following stamps: Sunflower Large, Sunflower medium,.  I also drew and colored the circles around the edges. I like how it turned out.
Well, that is all I got today. I hope you have a great weekend!

Getting Sentimental

Today I have created a card for this weeks Stampotique challenge, which I will let Gez tell you all about.  I used  Little Hoo-Hoo which is one of my favorite stamps, and created this card for Gez's challenge this week.
Hi Gez here, I am delighted to be your hostess for this challenge.. I love sentiments and sayings, they really say it all to me! They make a piece finished! I'd like you to share some of your favorite words with us this week! They can be a main focal point or an embellishment, it's your choice! Say it with words...

Head on over to the designers challenge blog and join us!

Going Grey With Scrap-Creations: 4th of July

Happy Tuesday! I hope you are having a great week this far.  I have been crazy busy working, and wrapping up the kids last week of school.  Hard to believe that June is half over already.  So, with summer about to start, we are challenging you this week to create a project that is 4th of July themed. Since I don't send out 4th of July cards, I went with the Red, White and Blue theme for I card I created for my Boss.  As far as bosses go, she is fantastic. I am very lucky to not only have her as my boss, but my friend.  She has been asking me to make her a card, so here it is. I hope she likes it :)
Last weeks Father's Day challenge was fantastic. The cards were amazing, and as always so hard to choose the TOP 3, but a girl has to do what a girl has to do, and the TOP 3 are:

                                                                             Jose

                                                                        Tracey M

                                                                             Jane

Fabulous cards ladies Please feel free to grab the I made TOP 3 banner on the right of my blog!

Sorry......

Happy Thursday! It's been a bit since I have posted. Life gets in the way sometimes. My kids are in their last two weeks of school, and it seems like there is some social event or school event everyday, and when there isn't, I am working.  I have been coloring images, but i haven't had a chance to put a card together until yesterday.  I have been dying to use my Stampotique Originals  raindrop stamp but I really wasn't sure what I was going to use it for (except in a journal page), and then I started playing around, and decided that I would use my Agatha Star stamp, as she looks sad to me, and bam, the card was formed.  A quick and simple card.  Well, that is all I have for today. I am off to get the house cleaned, and make dinner. I hope you have a great day and better weekend:)

It's a Stampotique Celebration!!!

Happy Wednesday All!!! Today is a very special day over at Stampotique Originals. It is their 150th challenge.  To Celebrate, Made a card using Birdcage and YumYum, and created a birthday card for celebration. Here is what Kim had to say about this weeks challenge.

Here is our challenge for this week:

Today we have a super fun challenge for you.

We are excited at Stampotique that our fans have helped us grow so much and that our stamps, challenges and Facebook page have become such a big hit.  In honor of our excitement, and our 150th challenge, our theme is CELEBRATION.  We want you to create with celebration in mind, whether it's celebrating a birthday, anniversary, wedding, graduation or new baby...let's celebrate!

Not to put a damper on our celebration, but our team is bidding a few of our members farewell. Maria has been with the team and has shown us how talented she is not only as an artist but as a stamp designer.  Tanja has only been with us a short while but we have enjoyed seeing her creations each week.  We celebrate the opportunity we had to have them on our design team and wish them the best.

We will NOT be having a new call for designers as our current designers will all be remaining for another term.  We are happy to say we are looking for 4 new guest designers and so along with this fun challenge, we will pick some of our guest designers from those who are participating in our 150th challenge. Along with the chance to be a guest designer, we'll also be picking a random winner for a $30 gift certificate for Stampotique stamps.

Can't wait to see how you celebrate this week!

Going Grey With Scrap-Creations Challenge: Father's Day

Happy Tuesday. I hope you all enjoyed your weekend!!! Finally we had some nice weather here in New Hampshire.  I was starting to get worried for my garden, because of the amount of rain and cold temps.  It was averaging 40-50 degrees and more rain than wanted.  Today was sunny and 80 and I think I heard my flowers and veggie garden clapping....LOL
So, before I tell you about this weeks challenge, I have some very exciting news to share with you.  We have a new and extremely talented DT member.  Her Name is Gale Knight and you can find more of her gorgeous creations on her blog here.  We are thrilled to have her as part of our team. WELCOME GALE :)
So, for this weeks challenge, we are honoring all those Dads out there. We want to see all your Father's Day creations.  I may be a little partial, but I have the best Dad in the world.  Not only is he my Dad, but he is my best friend and I love him with all my heart.  I have created this card for him. I hope he loves it.
Last week, our challenge was CELEBRATION, and the entries were awesome.  The TOP 3 are:

                                                                          Kasha
